Founding s.r.o. / Limited liability company

We set up company tailored to our client needs (e.g. Client sends us the order of the company they want to set, and we will establish it according to their specification). Price for this action ranges from 6,900 CZK. Price is always based on services that the client chooses to use.

Task for our client:

• To invent a name for their company
• To choose office where they want the company to be established (official address at which the company is listed in the business register)
• To know what type of business license is needed for them
• How many executives will be in the company (CEO – represents the company in all operational matters)
• How many partners will be in the company (partner – owns the company or its shares)
• What will be the starting capital (the client deposits it at any bank in the Czech Republic)

When the client answers all points, then we need information on executives, partners (copy of identity card or passport) and answers for all the points listed above. From our side, we provide the notary and necessary documents. Payment is always made in the total amount in advance, either to a bank account or in cash in our office. We establish the company on distance (via power of attorney) or on a personal meeting. We need a minimum of 24 hours to arrange all documentation. If we do not have the necessary documents, we are not able to establish the company. It takes a maximum of five working days to establish the company.

Buying a ready-made s.r.o.

A ready-made company is one that has been established for us, but it was never used. It is only waiting for its buyers. These companies are for clients who want to have high capital, but do not have enough finances for it. We offer two options, a company with share capital of 200,000 CZK and one with 1,000 CZK.

If a client wants to buy a ready-made company, we can arrange a personal meeting or organize it on distance (via a power of attorney). To prepare all the documents we need again, a copy of identity card or passport. We always need to know the full name, date of birth, social security number and address of permanent residence. We will send documents with instructions and prepare invoice for the client who can pay in cash in advance or on our bank account. When we receive back signed documents, we will verify signatures from our side. Everything is sent to the business register. Registration of changes in the Commercial Register takes five working days.

Offices for the company / s.r.o.

Since each s.r.o. has an obligation to have office registered in the business register (address where the company gets mail and where we can contact it) we also offer a virtual office. Our service is simple. We own several properties in Prague where we can establish office of the company.

From our side, we are responsible for accepting mail and keeping in touch with state authorities that might contact the company
